Yes. Bring your own food and nonalcoholic drinks at no extra cost — fridge space is available for cake and ice cream. Alcoholic beverages aren’t allowed.
Yes, for every person entering the play area — kids and adults.
Yes. Decorations are welcome, but glitter, confetti, and piñatas aren’t permitted, and everything has to use the existing wall hooks.
Yes, a $50 deposit reserves your party date.
No problem — extra bouncing participants are $10 each and extra adults are $5 each, so you can flex up without upgrading the whole package.
Kids under 10. It’s built specifically so younger children aren’t sharing the space with bigger, faster-moving kids.
Yes — it’s our most popular upgrade. It adds $15 in arcade play per jumper on top of your package price.
Yes — if you need to reschedule, just let us know at least a week before your party date and there’s no additional cost. If you need to cancel outright, your $50 deposit isn’t refunded, but it converts to store credit you can put toward a future visit or party.
